Kathy is most inspired by helping leaders bring out their best. Her curious, empathetic, and courageous approach - combined with a grounded sense of humour - helps clients gain deeper self-awareness, identify the leadership behaviours that matter most, and understand the impact they have on others. She believes that exceptional leadership comes from balancing strong relationships with strong results—creating cultures where people feel valued, accountable, and motivated to perform at their best.

Throughout her career, Kathy has partnered with leaders at all levels to uncover opportunities for growth and translate insight into meaningful behavioural change. She helps clients lead with greater confidence, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people and teams can thrive. Clients value Kathy's ability to balance support with honest conversation, enabling leaders to address challenges directly, build resilience, and achieve lasting improvements in performance and team effectiveness.

Kathy brings a broad range of leadership, consulting, and community development experience to her coaching practice. Prior to becoming an executive coach, she worked with non-profit, government, and private-sector organizations in roles spanning community development, sales, retail, and organizational leadership. Her experience includes manager and director-level positions, as well as leading initiatives focused on youth, health, housing, and community development.
Kathy's career has also included international work studying housing projects in India and Zimbabwe, teaching in Korea, and training students in TESOL methodologies. These experiences have shaped her ability to understand diverse perspectives, build meaningful connections, and support leaders navigating complex challenges. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and holds a (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. Kathy also holds a BA in Sociology and an MSc in Rural Planning and Development.
