Kathy is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and holds an Associate Accredited Coach qualification with the International Coaches Federation. She has provided executive coaching to a range of organizational levels in a variety of industries including corporate, academic, non-profit, and manufacturing sectors.
She aims to bring out the best leadership qualities in her clients while targeting growth points to effectively lead with confidence. Throughout her career, Kathy has worked with leaders to identify critical leadership behaviours and increase self-awareness. Her curious, empathic, yet courageous, approach provides valuable insights for her clients to successfully enhance their leadership, develop more productive teams, and increase resiliency.
Kathy has a BA in Sociology and an MSC in Rural Planning and Development. Her previous experience includes work with a variety of non-profit and government organizations on community development projects focused on youth, health, housing, and community enhancement. She also worked overseas studying housing projects in India and Zimbabwe, taught in Korea and trained students in TESOL techniques. These experiences enhance her role as an executive coach by providing a rich understanding of diverse viewpoints.
