We spend one third of our lives at work. This is one of the reasons I work with leaders in organizations to bring out the best in themselves and others, so they are intentional about creating an environment that inspires great work and attracts diverse people who want to make a positive difference - not only for their teams and organization, but for the people and community they serve and impact.

Barb has over 25 years of experience working with organizations in banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance, healthcare, and mining. She has led the implementation of national and global leadership development and succession planning, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement initiatives, mentoring programs, as well as emerging leader development. She focuses on bringing coach-like conversations into the corporate world as a facilitator of coaching programs. Barb coaches managers and executives to expand their leadership skills, strengthen their teams, and increase their personal impact by taking on challenges outside their comfort zone.

On the volunteer side, Barb participates in advisory committees, sharing insights and recommendations related to leadership development, employee retention and engagement, as well as learning curriculum (JVS and George Brown College). She also served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter from 2015 to 2022, assuming the role of President and Past President in the final 2 years of her board tenure.
