Sina is a firm believer that fostering purpose and trust in people will reward organizations with higher performance and long-term success, particularly in the face of uncertainty and change. His passion is for people, and he finds purpose every day in supporting leaders and teams to intentionally seize opportunities for growth and development. His greatest moments of satisfaction and achievement come when leaders and teams discover their true impact up, down and across their organizations and consciously choose to lead with purpose, courage and care.
Across his career, Sina has been able to foster strong relationships with leaders, teams and organizations because of his open, honest and collaborative approach. He ensures every person he encounters feels engaged and has an active voice in the creation of their leadership development and coaching programs. He brings extensive program oversight and leadership experience to Radiant’s diverse client group, while continuously applying new learning, research and trends to Radiant’s coaching and leadership development practice. When working with Sina, clients always know he is focused on their immediate needs with their long-term success in mind.

Sina is an ORSC Trained coach and a Certified Career Strategist, with an Honours BA in Literature. His diverse coach training, and certifications has informed his 7+ years of coaching, as well as his successful management of multi-faceted career and leadership development programs for regional, national and global clients over the past 10+ years.
