Lorne’s passion is to partner with his clients to align their purpose, values and potential with strategy and vision, to find their own passion at work. Lorne brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience along with nearly 20 years of executive coaching and facilitation to his clients. He has worked with a wide range of leaders and leadership teams in Canada and the United States, providing both individual coaching and team development programs.

Lorne has lead teams for more than 20 years in a variety of functional areas including sales and marketing, operations, customer service, IT and human resources. Lorne most recently held the position of President of a technology company providing software to the North American Life Insurance industry.
