Anne believes that leadership challenges are rarely about strategy alone. Challenges often stem from the human side of leadership: navigating competing priorities, leading through change, building trust, addressing conflict, developing talent, and creating alignment across diverse teams. Anne brings 25 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation and organizational development. She has held progressive leadership roles up to the Director level.
Throughout her career, Anne has partnered with frontline leaders, managers, directors, senior leaders, and executives to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve communication, navigate change, and build high-performing teams. She has designed and facilitated leadership development programs, team interventions, organizational change initiatives, and executive coaching engagements that support individual growth, team success and organizational success.
Anne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), and a certified practitioner in a variety of leadership and behavioural assessment tools, including DiSC. Her work is grounded in evidence-based coaching practices, adult learning principles, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the human factors that influence leadership success.
