Having lived, studied, and worked across India and Canada, she brings a broad perspective to her role and a deep appreciation for how culture, systems, and people shape the way organizations work.

Grounded and collaborative in her approach, Nikita brings both care and discipline to the way she works. She is passionate about learning, growth, and self-development, and is drawn to workplaces where people feel supported, empowered, and able to keep evolving. At Radiant, she cares deeply about building the conditions that allow people and organizations to grow with intention.

Nikita leads the finance and administration function at Radiant, overseeing the systems that support the firm’s work and keep the business running well. She brings financial clarity and a practical, organization-wide perspective to business decisions, helping connect the health of the business with practices that allow the team to work well and serve clients with care. She is particularly interested in how strong operations, sound financial stewardship, and healthy organizational cultures work together to enable long-term success.
Born and raised in India, Nikita brings a uniquely interdisciplinary background spanning public administration, finance, and operations. She holds a degree in Political Science from Delhi University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration, a Certificate in Accounting & Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University, and an FP&A Fundamentals Certificate through CPA Ontario.
