Mary-Ann believes deeply in the importance of leadership and is committed to the development of leaders. Leaders who work with her feel seen, heard and inspired. They experience a partnership where they are supported in accountability so that they may fully access their potential. She is passionate about celebrating her clients’ successes and believes that leaders who build in time for reflection gain important strategic insights, experience meaningful growth, and create momentum for themselves and their teams.
Mary-Ann cares about the leaders she partners with. It is her personal goal that the time spent in coaching is the most impactful time leaders spend in their week. She works with leaders to identify their unique value, take intentional action, and strengthen their sense of purpose. Ultimately, her aim is to help leaders lead with greater influence, authenticity and heart.
Mary-Ann is an ICF certified executive and leadership coach with an Honours BA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws. With over 25 years of combined experience as a leader, lawyer, and mediator, she has led large teams through significant change, acted as a trusted strategic advisor to a board and executive team and has provided advisory services to an international consulting firm. She has extensive experience in board governance including volunteer board roles with her local hospital and United Way. Mary-Ann uses the depth of her experience and expertise to support leaders in creating their leadership vision and achieving their goals.
