Effective Leadership is enabled by one’s willingness to be authentic.  When we can be authentically ourselves, we empower others to do the same.  When we all live from our strengths while acknowledging our shortcomings, we will succeed together. And that is effective Leadership!

Lorne’s passion is to support his clients in their development as individuals with a greater sense of who they are, and what they uniquely offer to their organizations. His ability to probe deeply into what’s at the heart of each leader, and his powerful intuition provide his clients with the ability to intentionally choose and create their personal leadership path.

Lorne has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, leading teams in a variety of functional areas including responsibility for sales & marketing, operations, customer service, IT, and human resource functions.
