Perhaps the secret of living well is not having all the answers but in pursuing unanswerable questions in good company.
Rachel Naomi Remen

Hang believes effective leadership is less about having the right answers and more about navigating complexity with awareness, courage, and intention. It involves making thoughtful decisions amid uncertainty while balancing competing needs and priorities. Hang’s coaching creates space for leaders to slow down, gain perspective, and see situations more clearly. Known for balancing warmth with directness, she combines reflective inquiry with practical action to help clients make sound decisions, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence.
Prior to coaching, Hang spent nearly a decade in accounting, consulting, and advisory roles across North America, working with organizations ranging from emerging companies to large enterprises. Her experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments gives her a practical understanding of the realities leaders face as they balance performance, people, and change.
Hang is an ICF-certified coach with a Master in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Having lived and worked across China and North America, she brings both cultural breadth and a deep appreciation for human diversity. She works effectively across differences and helps leaders build stronger relationships, navigate complexity, and lead in increasingly diverse environments.
