Acting as an extension of the CEO, she liaises directly with clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring projects progress with clarity and momentum. She collaborates closely with teams within each organization to align efforts, coordinate priorities, and support effective execution. Known for her thoughtful and proactive approach, Christianne anticipates needs, removes friction, and helps leaders, teams, and clients work together with greater focus and effectiveness.
Before joining Radiant, Christianne held operations and leadership roles across design, retail, events, and hospitality, where she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and delivering high-quality client experiences. As Operations & Office Manager at Aeon Design Studio, she led client experience across multiple complex projects while implementing systems, workflows, and tools that enabled the firm to scale efficiently and enhance service delivery. Throughout her career, she has managed teams and high-volume operations in both retail and tourism settings and supported the execution of large-scale corporate and industry events.
Her experience includes partnering with founders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to strengthen operations, improve client engagement, and ensure seamless project execution. She holds a degree in English and Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto and brings a strong foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building to her work at Radiant.
