Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence — and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.

Cindy is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, and former Chief Legal Officer who is passionate about unlocking human potential and transforming organizations from the inside out. Guided by the belief that effective leadership begins with courageous authenticity and self-awareness, Cindy partners with individuals and teams to reduce organizational entropy — the wasted energy that arises from misalignment, unclear communication, and untapped potential. Her purpose is to help leaders and teams work with greater clarity, cohesion, and impact, creating the conditions for both exceptional results and personal fulfillment.
Throughout her career, Cindy has been driven by a deep conviction that empathic leadership and high standards are not opposites but essential counterparts. She believes that when people are seen, supported, and challenged with purpose, they rise — and in doing so, they elevate their teams and organizations. Her approach weaves together strategic alignment, emotional intelligence, and a results-driven mindset to foster trust, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Cindy’s professional journey began in the global financial services industry, where she led international legal teams and served on executive committees within both public and private organizations in the UK, US, and Canada. Prior to her career transition, she held the role of Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Interac Corp., where she helped guide the organization through transformation and growth. Most recently, Cindy acted as an executive coach and business advisor for two years at Interac Corp. supporting C-suite and senior leaders in the continuous evolution of the growing organization. Along the way, she developed deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, organizational transformation, and people strategy.
Today, Cindy channels this experience into her coaching and leadership growth practice — empowering individuals and teams to achieve high performance with integrity, purpose, and humanity. She holds a B.A. from York University, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and an LL.M. from New York University.
Beyond her professional life, Cindy is an avid learner and animal lover who enjoys puzzles, pickleball, travel, and family time — drawing inspiration from curiosity, connection, and the continuous pursuit of growth.
