Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.
Abraham Lincoln

I am passionate about grooming motivated executives and entrepreneurs to reach new heights. Caring and natural at building trust, I am willing to go the extra mile to support executives who see the value of “sharpening” their leadership development. I see the possibility of activating leaders’ full potentials more than themselves. Adept in fostering executive development based on behavioral science, business strategies and organizational imperative, I am prepared to challenge the status quo in leaders’ mindset and behavior in order to optimize business performance.
Tommy deploys a strength-based coaching approach that activates leadership talents and optimizes business performance. He addresses potential blind spots based on data.
