Suze brings nearly 20 years of experience in executive coaching, experiential facilitation, and organizational change. She has partnered with organizations across North America and beyond to strengthen leadership capability and culture by designing and leading workshops that shift how people think, relate, and operate under pressure, and building internal client capacity through program design and facilitator development. She has coached leaders from emerging talent through the C-suite, across healthcare, financial services, government, manufacturing, and technology.
Her practice is grounded in real business experience: Suze co-founded, built, and ultimately sold a Toronto-based branding agency serving clients from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups, and later served as Head of Strategy, helping organizations uncover their unique point of difference. An Adler-trained, ICF-certified coach, she blends rigorous tools with reflective depth to create change that is sustainable at both the individual and team level.
