I believe work can be better. Our workplaces are where we spend a large chunk of our lives and therefore, should be places where we can grow, build relationships, and contribute to something bigger than ourselves. I realized early on that leaders had a great impact on the lives of many so helping them step into a more transformative and empathic way of leading felt truly purposeful to me. But as I worked deeply with these incredible leaders, I realized they were only a piece of the puzzle; the teams and cultures they work on and in also have much to contribute to the lives of many. I’m all about impact and fostering healthy and more effective workplaces, so today, I am passionate about working with the whole system to improve the lives of people, one workplace at a time.

Michelle's coaching and facilitation practice energizes leaders and executives to expand their range of connection, communication, and courage to become better leaders. It is through our relationships to ourselves and others that we create a powerful component for success in today's disconnected environment. Facilitation and coaching with Michelle will develop, engage, and enhance these skills needed to build inspired and transformative leadership, teams, and culture.

Michelle's authentic, bold and humorous approach challenges and champions clients to raise the bar on performance and fulfilment to make them the best leader possible. Working with Michelle, leaders will quickly experience her infectious energy and ability to deliver the no-nonsense approach that has made her a powerful coach and a superb public speaker. She connects deeply with her clients to create a safe space that is ripe for creativity, out of the box thinking, and authentic engagement in order to develop and execute a resonant and sustainable action plan. She is a self-assured, creative and tenacious people lover with outstanding client relationships and impressive leadership skills.

Before becoming a coach, Michelle held leadership roles in the media and not for profit worlds for over 20 years. As Artistic Executive of a film and arts festival dedicated to breast cancer awareness and education, Michelle's strategic, creative and leadership skills were an integral part of the growth of the festival over 5 years. She has been interviewed on Breakfast TV, Global Morning, CHCH and various radio programs. She is an energetic and strong communicator with excellent sales and marketing skills. Michelle has also been a member of a number of boards serving both the fundraising and marketing sides. She is one of the founding board members of a thriving nursery school located at the Wychwood Barns and was central in developing the vision and the physical space for the program.
