Work is an integral part of human life and can be a fundamental part of people’s identity. For this reason, I have a strong curiosity in how people function and thrive within organizations. I am passionate about continuous leadership development and pursuing solutions that help improve organizational life. I want to support organizations, so their people find purpose and value in what they do and who they work for.

Elizabeth attended the University of Guelph where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology. While completing her degree, she undertook several research projects on areas including organizational trust, personality, and leadership. In the Fall of 2022, Elizabeth will be continuing her education and pursuing a MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. While there, she will have a focus on the positive and negative antecedents to wellbeing in the workplace.

Her education and career experience has given her insight on current issues surrounding workplace culture and employee behavior. Elizabeth has a background working in Human Resources where she refined her analytical skills working with employee data and human resources systems. Additionally, she has helped create initiatives focused on employee health and wellbeing. During her time at Radiant Elizabeth has worked on various leadership and culture assessment projects and has provided support to her team during these engagements. In her career, she hopes to continue to find new and innovative solutions to improve working lives.
